Summary

NCAA Football 2005 is another great collage football game from a long line of great collage football games. All of the fun stuff from the last few games is still here to make a quality football game. A couple of new features have been added this time around. The first is Home Field Advantage. This is when the crowd comes into play. If you are on defense at a home game, you press the White button to make one of your players wave his arms in the air to make the crowd go louder. This makes it hade for the offense to audible and the camera will shake and your controller sould rumble. The other addition is the addition of a "big hit" button. It's like the hit stick from Madden NFL 2005. If you press the White button, you can hit a player harder than a regular tackle. Other than that, that's about all of the new things added.

The graphics may look the same, but they are still good. The players look nice, the helmets shine and the ball...THE BALL'S AMAZING! The sound is the same as well. The commentary is nice, the tackles are good and those fight songs are good.

If you love collage football, you owe it to yourself to play this game.

An inprovement over its predecessor, but still a rather long way to go.

Summary

While CT Special Forces was… ‘somewhat’ of a hit, CT Special Forces 2: Back to the Trenches made a massive hit – mainly because it was so much of an improvement over the first instalment in the series.

Back in the Trenches is the sequel to CT Special Forces. While it follows the same gameplay and still pits you against the terrorists, new moves are now available, vehicles can be driven, the helicopter, sniper and parachuting missions have had a massive makeover and the game has a smoother feel.

Gameplay had a huge improvement over the first game. You can now roll, and shoot in eight different directions with ease (although the system is still without bugs). Two different types of tanks are now available, you can obtain upgrades to you helicopter in the missions and in some you have to collect hostages and escort vans. Sniper missions now have an arrow pointing to where enemies are and prompts are available telling you when to open the ‘chute.

New range of locations, but there are still prominent problems with tile coloring.

Fantastic level structure and new type of missions (like placing C4). The problems with having twenty enemies after you at a time have now disappeared, and the game is now smoother. However, in some areas there is a problem with enemies defaulting to their original positions if you leave the screen for too long.

Weapons sound decent, music is fantastic!

Shooting range problems have been sorted out and whole gaming levels have been sorted out from last time.

Small improvements over the first game in the series push it that little bit ahead, but choose carefully before purchasing this one!

Summary

I was surprised by this game. It looks great for a mobile game, plays even better (especially with the Sony Ericsson K700i) and is just consistently fun.

The graphics were the first thing that surprised me, especially because I never expected 3D graphics that ran so smoothly. I guess I lucked out with my phone, since it never "lags" or misses a frame, it's always smooth and great-looking. Loading times are non-existent, except for the initial load when you first open the game (which in itself takes under 45 seconds).

However, sometimes I find that I can't see the ball so I may miss a hit because of "temporary blindness", and the lack of real control over special moves and the like makes it a little repetitive. Sound isn't anything to write home about and sometimes the cheer of the crowd gets abruptly cut, nothing too bad but takes away from the experience. Also be prepared to have your battery drained pretty quickly if you play this for a longer period of time.

But all in all it's a solid game and is great for those boring subway rides or when waiting for someone to show.

Very good for a mobile phone game

Im just going to right a short and snappy review for this.

Overall Super real tennis is one of the best mobile games I have played. The controls are very basic and easy to master. To make your character move around press the main control pad on your phone. To hit the ball press 5. There are many tennis players to choose from. When you first start playing the game you wont have all the players unlocked. As you win tournaments you will unlock new players. Also winning tournaments will gain you points that will allow your tennis player to level up. the graphics are superb for a mobile phone game. they are fully 3D and a pleasure to look at on such a small screen. If you have a sony ericson K700i this game is preloaded on your phone. I had no idea that this game was on my K700i when i bought it and it was a great suprise when i found out about this game.

Surprisingly fun for mobile.

Summary

Virtua Tennis on your Mobile. You have practically got that here. Solid tennis title which should be put on GameCube because I aint seen a decent tennis game on there (non Mario). Controls are surprisingly easy and the difficulties adjust just right. It may take you time to get into it but when you do you'll be lucky if you can put your phone down. Graphics are great and I gotta say that there is only one major problem with this game. You may have missed calls when you are finished lol! Anyway Super Real Tennis is one of the best Mobile games out there so if youre bored on the train on bus then get this game and make sure while youre doing this that you dont miss your stop! It is very addictive! Anyway dont take my word find out yourself! Yes GO!
